Hi I was wondering what is the correct way to do bullet points
This way with a capital
a.. Interactive web pages
or this without
a.. interactive web pages
also when doing an explanation

or

Level 1 concentrates on

or is it a matter of personal choice

Mostly a matter of choice, but consider usage.

If your points are segments of a continuing sentence, you may want to show
them as lower case, especially if they are "and" or "or" conditions. On the
other hand, if they stand alone, consider leading off with capitals.

Of course, I could be whacked in the head. Refer to Gregg's reference book
on grammar; it *should* cover that.
