to change print size

when we installed microsoft word onto this computer it
made the print really big when it came on and I cannot get
the print to change size therfore the letter that I typed
will not all fit onto the page width or page length. I
have tried everything to get this to change.

Have you checked the printer driver? You may need to
update it. Especially if the document looks okay on the
screen but prints wrong.
