To change upper to lower case on keyboard and visa versa

I have a large amount of text in upper case how do I get it to lower case
without redoing it all, and also to alter the other way round to change lower
case to upper case.

Depends on the program you are using.

If you are using Word, highlight the letters you want to change and press
Shift+F3.
