To check the Analysis Service database has been migrated

Hello,
How can we check on a server that the Analysis Servcies database has been
migrated to SQL Server ?

I presume your talking about the OLAP cube. You dont need to migrate
this. Simply goto the Enterprise options, point to the new server and
recreate it. Then all you need to do is edit your portfolio analyzer
views to point to the new cube, and of course, set up permissions for
the users to access the cube in Analysis Services options of the cube.

Go to Analysis Manager and right click and select Migrate Repository. You'll
quickly see where it currently is.

I don't find "Migrate Repository". Does it means that the database has not
been migrated?

No, it means you're looking in the wrong place.

1. Start Analysis Manager
2. Expand the tree until you see the server name in question
3. Right click on the servername or icon
4. Select migrate repository from the resulting menu

The resulting dialog will tell you where the repository currently is
located.
