to compare sales plan vs actuals from two different worksheets?

I am having the sales plan of March in a worksheet and the sales made during
the month of March in another worksheet of same excel file. I want to update
the sales plan sheet while updating the sales made for the month on daily
basis whenever I enter. i don't know macros, can i do that by using excel
functions
