To connect MS CRM contacts list from Outlook to word mail merge?

I need to fetch the contacts list from MS CRM3.0 which is integrated with MS
Outlook and use a template E-mail and using mail merge should post a message
to a particular client selected from MS CRM contacts list.My server is MS Sql
Server
