to continue download. updates NOT from 0 mb begining when line is.

when downloading updates , returning to download. after line cut should be
cont'd from the line cut point mb size , not like now : from very begining 0
mb size ;waisting hours & hours online time & money . i have wasted more than
26 hours downloading again & again & again dt. line cut at last min.
please restoring download point should be cont'd from line cut point size
mb. not from 0 mb size !!
