TO COPY FILES

WHEN I TRY TO COPY FILES ONTO A CD, I CAN'T MAKE ANY CHANGES OR COPY BECAUSE
IT COMES BACK SAYING THAT I HAVE A INCORRECT FUNCTION IN MY E DRIVE AND FILES
THAT I CAN COPY I CAN'T MAKE NO CHANGES. HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS PROBLEM?

PLEASE DON'T SHOUT!!!

When you copy a file to a CD or DVD, the OS marks it as read-only. If you want to make changes, you need a CD or DVD with write
ability plus re-writable media - you can't make changes to the files on a std CD or DVD. Assuming you've got a CD or DVD with write
ability plus re-writable media, you'll need to copy the file to your HDD, delete the read-only attribute (using Windows Explorer),
make the changes, then copy the changed file back to the CD or DVD.
