To do list for incomplete tasks for specific date range per resour

Is it possible to print a to do list report showing only incomplete tasks for
a specific date range per resource?

I know how to do all tasks but not just incomplete ones.

I would do this for the resource usage view.
Apply the date range filter
Filter on %Complete<100% (there are other filters you could use)
Filter to resource name

Would that print out in a report that I could hand out to each resource then?
Because I can filter the resource usage view just fine. I need to print
this out in reports is the problem I'm having.

Sorry, from that view it is not a report.
However you can probably trick the software by creating a custom filter.

What you will do is study the "Date Range Filter" and then add to it the
criteria that %Complete<100%. Save the filter as a custom filter (myToDoList
or similar). After you do that, select (Project 2003) View/Reports....
/Assignments.../ToDo List...
Once there, select Edit and change the filter name to "myToDoList" and you
should have what you want.

To create a custom Filter, I would start with a copy of the Date Range
Filter. Project/Filter/More Filters... Select the Date Range Filter and
then press the Copy Button. You can name the filter as you choose. Make
sure the "Show in Menu" check box is checked.

You only need to add one row:

AND: %Complete Does Not Equal 100% (you can say <100% if you choose.)
Some people are tempted to use the In Progress Filter... but that implies
%Complete>0. To me, incomplete includes 0% through 99.999999%.

Post back if you have any other questions.
