Sorry, from that view it is not a report.
However you can probably trick the software by creating a custom filter.
What you will do is study the "Date Range Filter" and then add to it the
criteria that %Complete<100%. Save the filter as a custom filter (myToDoList
or similar). After you do that, select (Project 2003) View/Reports....
/Assignments.../ToDo List...
Once there, select Edit and change the filter name to "myToDoList" and you
should have what you want.
To create a custom Filter, I would start with a copy of the Date Range
Filter. Project/Filter/More Filters... Select the Date Range Filter and
then press the Copy Button. You can name the filter as you choose. Make
sure the "Show in Menu" check box is checked.
You only need to add one row:
AND: %Complete Does Not Equal 100% (you can say <100% if you choose.)
Some people are tempted to use the In Progress Filter... but that implies
%Complete>0. To me, incomplete includes 0% through 99.999999%.
