To field is blank on some emails.

I have 2 users that are having this issue. Some of the emails they send are
successfully being delivered, but when they look in the Sent items folder at
the emails, the To: field is blank. One of the users sends to an AD
distribution group and the To: field remains blank. Other users send to the
same group and do not have the issue. The recipients see a blank To: field
also.
