To find a template to let survivors review list of estate docs

My wife is always asking me to make her a list of all our assets including
investments with contact names, web sites and log-ins and passwords.
I quickly realized this goes beyond investments, and includes checking
accounts loans etc. I need an all-inclusive list so I don't overlook
anything. There maybe a template or guide for this already developed.
