to fix the size of a table in word 2003

Hi,
I´m trying to fix or to anchor a table using Word 2003, but I don´t know
how to avoid the size of the table changes when I write.
I mean, I want the size of the table doesn't modify.

First of all, turn off auto resizing (Table Properties | Table | Options or
Table | AutoFit | Fixed Column Width). You can then set preferred column
widths (and a preferred table width) and exact row heights.
