Frank's email address sure looks valid to me, and his replies are
always good so you can tell that he takes pride in his work and
I'm sure that carries through to including his real name and email address,
so I expect it is correct. If you replied to your own reply about
sending Frank email he would definitely have "Watch Conversation"
turned on within that thread, rather than starting another thread.
Meanwhile I would verify that you what you used is what is in his postings.
There probably is no need to send a spreadsheet, Frank's reply
is testing for the value in the cell, perhaps you intend that those strings
might be found anywhere in the cell. There have been recenet postings
on that. But you should stick with your thread.
BTW, Frank uses Outlook Express to connect directly to the
Microsoft news servers. Seeing threads properly displayed is
important to working with newsgroups and connecting directly
to the servers with a newsread is faster and more reliable than using
any web based interface.
