which will help me with my problem (I need my Word Userform created in VBA to open on top and remain on top of all other windows).
Access gives this option but not Word. I use Word XP and Win XP OS.

When I try to download the code snippet, I get an error message that the file cannot be extracted or the file is corrupted. The 2nd
time I try, It shows a Word template but I can't do anything with it; I can't select it, delete it, open it, look at properties, or
anything. This happens every time. Do you know why this is happening? I could use the help.

I just did the following:

1. I went to the link you listed above.
2. Within that web page there is a link to download the .zip file containing
the .dot file.
I downloaded the .zip file.
3. I was able to unzip the file using two different programs.
4. I was able to open the .dot file and view the source code.

I suggest that you try again.
Sounds like your download did not work properly.

The VBAExpress article does not address the SetParent issue.
