To list the users authorised to access folder

I need to perform 2 things on particular folder.

1. A list of User Groups (including membership details)
and Individual Users who are authorised to access the
file,folders and sub-folders.

2. Details of access permissions (i.e. Read, Write, etc.)
assigned to the User Groups and Users indicated in 1.
