to make a chart in subform

hi there....I need to make a chart in a form.the chart
uses the subform.when I'm trying to make the chart using
the tool provided by access(ms graph),it says "OLE server
is not registered.To register ole server reinstall it".How
is it possible to do that? I appreciate any suggestions or
help.
