To move outlook 98 Calendar, contacts to another computer.

I want to move all info from my 98 outlook with the
Calendar and Contacts. This is Outlook, not the
Express. I used the Express only for mail. I still have
internet contact with the old Computer. I wish to use
the internet phone line of the old computer to the
Comcast line to the new computer which is the XP. Would
using a router the answer. This info is not in the
express, but rather in Outlook. Should I use the Zip of
100 to transfer all the info.
