To reduce space/margin between subject & message text,for Outlook2

How can a user reduce space/margin beiween subject line & (first row) message
text ,while composing/forwarding any email message in Outlook 2007 .
Although no space appear while composing/creating/writing message yet it get
appear while previewing/printing a message.
