to save or not to save templates in the enterprise template area in msps 2003

There are a handful of templates that were added to the enterprise
template area of ps 2003. However, these are not enterprise-level
templates but rather templates one specific pm in one specific group
uses each time like patches and fixes are executed. Specific resource
names are even in the template. No other person or group uses these
except for that one individual.

Should these really be kept in the enterprise area or are they really
personal templates for that pm that should be kept in his/or private
area on the network/local PC, etc.?

Suggestions?

Andy --

If he has enterprise resources included in the templates, then they should
be stored in the Project Server database, even though only one PM uses them.
