To secure a folder in Word 2003

How to make My Document Folder private , so I'll be the only one to access
- the check box is not activated in Sharing & Security box?

The security of the My Documents folder is not set by Word. This is a Window
security setting.

Providing you have set up Windows creating a personal profile for yourself
that needs you to log in using your own password, no other users sharing
your computer (or network) are able to access your My Documents Folder.
