to trnsfer the contents of address book from old pc to new pc how

i had purchased a new pc and would like to transfer all the contacts in the
microsoft outlook express to the new pc, how it can be done, can i connect
the two pc throgh usb connector or some other methods to transfer from old pc
to new one? pl explaian bye thanks
