Can anyone provide some benefits to upgrading to Office
2003? I'm having a little trouble finding why we should
upgrade.

Well are you running a compatible OS for a start (i.e. Windows 2000 SP3 (or
later) Windows XP or Windows 2003 Server)?

I'm using Office XP and, after having examined the "improvements" that 2003
makes over that, I've come to the conclusion to skip this upgrade and wait
for the next one.

Then don't. I have 200 users who are perfectly happy with Office 97.
What functionality are you lacking?

Thank you. We are going to do the same. Office XP is
working great for us...and 2003 seems to be lacking
anything valuable.
