RE: Microsoft Outlook 2003

Where would I LIST acceptable "TO" e-mail addresses in Outlook 2003?

Thank you,

What do you mean by an "acceptable to address"? Do you mean you only want
to receive email sent to specific addresses eg (e-mail address removed) ? Or do
you mean where should you store addresses of people you want to email
messages to?

I'll assume that by "acceptable" you are referring to the list of addresses that
are captured by Outlook's Autocompletion feature. These addresses are stored in
a file referred to as the NK2 file, which you would need a third party utility
to view its content. Ingressor is one of these utilities.

Read about Outlook's Autocompletion here:
http://www.ingressor.com/autocompletetips.htm

You can download a demo version of Ingressor's Desktop Version that will display
the current list of addresses in your NK2 file.
