How do you erase the memory for old addresses used for email? I have
removed the email contact but when i start to type in the To, cc, or
bcc selections the old address is still coming up. Is there a trick
to clearing the memory in Outlook mail? Using Outlook 2007 thanks

No trick. Just the solution that has been posted here countless times.
Remove individual addresses from the autocompletion cache by highlighting
the entry when presented in the suggested names list (use your arrow key to
migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before you tab out of
the field. To clear the entire cache, follow the instructions here:

the whole cache.. sorry knew it would be a repetative question but
could not find any listings in a search....

You tried the "delete but no luck?" Odd. You would be the first for whom it
does not work, which suggests end user error.

I do not mind being first! But I think it is probably more likely
the file is corrupt ....

but then you probably thought of that before ...

You know you did not have to answer the post if all you wanted to do
was chastise the poster.
Help is one thing, rudeness something totally different

That is not the symptom of a corrupt NK2 file. The reason no one could
answer you is that you did not clarify what you did. It is far most likely
you did not follow the correct procedure, but we have no way of knowing.
