I have marked the text for Table of Authorities for Cases, Statutes, Rules of
Practice, Other Authorities and the all of the headings and entries are shown
on the TOA except the "Statutes." When I try and mark these items it never
has a Category box to choose from like the rest of the Entries. When I
generate the TOA it says that no table of authorities found. The mark entry
is { TA \s "35 U.S. C. 103(a)".
