Word 2007 XP

I have created 3 styles: Sessions, Bullet, FG. I use these exclusively for
all of my work.

When I want to insert a TOC, I got to Insert TOC, Options. Each time I have
to change the Styles form Heading 1, Heading 2, etc., to my created styles.
Is there any way to keep my styles selectd and not have to change them each
and every time?

There is no way to omit the built-in styles that have an outline level from
the default TOC, but:

1. You can ensure that your styles appear in the TOC by setting their
outline level to Level 1, Level 2, or whatever is appropriate (in the
Paragraph dialog).

2. You can save a sample TOC, formatted as you want it, as a Building Block.
