Hi. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated. I have written a book in Word for Mac 2011 and intend too publish as an ebook. I inserted a TOC, after first marking up all relevant headings. It all worked perfectly. I then saved and exited. When I opened the document again the TOC had disappeared. I went back and reinserted but I had lost most of the headings. I inserted the TOC by going to Index and Table in the Insert drop-down menu. Maybe I have missed something simple here, but it is frustrating if I cannot retain the TOC every time I exit. Cheers.
