TOC entries using RD fields are not hyperlinks.

Iam creating TOC entries using RD fields, the resutls are
not hyperlinks.

Is there any way that the results would be hyperlinks,
Is there any other work around.

Iam not using the master document as i face lot of
problems using that. I want to create TOC entries for
several document using RD fields and the results are
hyperlinks.
