TOC - Levels 4 and 5 not showing

I have only levels 1 to 3 showing. I have check your site and found a
similar problem and the answer was to Alt+F9 and check \o "1-3". I have
check my TOC and have {TOC \o "1-5" \u} but still only 3 levels are showing.

Help would really be appreciated as it is driving me nuts!

Are you sure your fourth- and fifth-level headings have outline levels of 4
and 5? (They will if you've used Heading 4 and Heading 5 unless you removed
the numbers beside them in the Table of Contents Options dialog.)

Unfortuantely yes the 4th and 5th level headings have outline levels. The
headings styles 4 and 5 have been used and the outline levels are ticked. I
have used TOC many times before and never had this problem?

And you've used F9 to update the TOC and selected "Entire Table"?
