TOC problem

I have a large document and have used page numbering 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5
3,3.5, etc - I want the TOC to reflect the whole number - instead o
having a document 426 pages I want the TOC to reflect only 213 - I a
working in version Word 200

I don't see a way to do what you want, because the table of contents uses the
page numbers indicated by the PAGE field in Word. (Restarts, page number
formats, etc. are determined, for each section, by the settings in the Page
Number Format dialog box.)
