TOC table of contents help

Hi,

Please see attached my header structure which must be automatically aut
numbered as is, for the user. My MS word is not bad but this is insane.

I cant get my TOC to update to the 3rd level and when i apply my heade
style to each header my numbering system disappears.

whats going on ? please step by step for me. Cant find any downloadabl
templates that i can just add my own copy.

You must set up your headings so that they are numbered, in the number
format that you want. Instructions are available at

numbering for Word 2007 and later). Currently the site is having problems,

By the way, which version of Word are you using?
