My document consists of two templates: One with the "front matter" and the
second for actual lesson materials I am developing. When generating the TOC
(from separate files because of the length of the document), the process
lists the headings from the retrieved documents before headings that are in
the "front matter," resulting in headings that should appear at the top of
the TOC, show at the bottom.
My workaround is simply to cut and paste those entries to the correct
position, but I am wondering if there is another solution I haven't thought
of.
