todays date in month/week views

i'd like today to be the first date in view on my month and week views. in
reading previous threads, it seems like it isn't possible to do this in my
version of outlook (XP, from 2000 or 2003, not positive). if it is, i'd love
to know how.

if not, is there a way to show dates in the past as Xed out or in a
different color? i've tried messing around with customizing views, with no
success. any suggestions are appreciated, i seem to have trouble training my
eye to the current views and have been misscheduling appointments in the
wrong weeks.

thanks!

you'll need to do it manually - but it's easy. On the Date Navigator, wipe
the date range you want to see.

No need to ask twice within ten minutes. Answers aren't immediate here.
