TODO Report Notes or Hyperlink or ???

I want to send out TODO Lists to each resources (individual) via email.
However, the canned reports don't appear to include Notes and/or hyperlinks
with each task.

Is this possible? If so, how do I do it? Thanks.

I'm assuming you are using the desktop version of Project? If not, then
might want to repost on the Project server newsgroup
microsoft.public.project.server.

In the desktop version of Project, what you want to do cannot be
achieved by the standard reports. But I can envision how it can be done
with VBA code to query out the relevant information and send out via
email. I'm not sure how you could "hyperlink" to tasks since you need
to provide something to point to. What you could do is export (again
via VBA) this information to a web page and "point" to the relevant
records in the emails you send out.
