Toggle button control opening forms

I have put 2 toggle buttons on a form. I want to have it so that if you click
one it closes that form and opens (1 of 2)another where you put information
in. What code do i need?

Toggle 1 = check 33
Toggle 2 = check 35

Form 1 = a
Form 2 = b

Current form with the toggle = c
