told to install an Office 2000 family product - where do I find?

Emily

In downloading stationery (Pinstripe), receive message: You don't have an
Office 2000 family product installed (giving me the URL for more info). All
updates now current, can't find anything else. Still won't let me have
Pinstripe/same message again. Suggestions, please?

JoAnn - the message says: Setup has detected that you do not have an
Office 2000 family product installed on this machine. Before this download
can be installed you must first install an Office 2000 family product. To
find out which products are part of the Office 2000 family, go to
http://officeupdate.microsoft.com/info/o2kprods.htm

This link is too broad of a category...there is nothing there that I can see
that would indicate WHICH Office Family Product is being referred to.
Thanks.

To use the stationery you need Outlook (not 100% certain about Outlook
Express). Do you have that?

And the Office family is the suite of programs that makes up Office.

JoAnn...most definitely I do have Outlook and not Outlook Express...I also
have the full CD set of MS Office.

How do I proceed to be able to use the Pinstripe stationery that is
downloadable from the link in Outlook?

Thanks.

Hi Emily,

In Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel select your Microsoft Office Product and 'change'. See if running a
'repair/reinstall' works at that point. (You'll need your CDs).
It's possible that something in the installation has come loose.
