Too Many Choices When Addressing Email

Hi Group... When I create a new new message in Outlook 2003 and click on
the To... button I get the Select Names dialog box. Problem is, there are
too many choices. Some of my contacts have multiple email addresses and
they are listed multiple times. Is there a way I can just have the
contact's primary address show in the Select Names list? I know about
removing fax numbers to keep them out of the list, but now there are too
many email address choices. Many thanks for any help or advice!

You'd have to remove the addresses from the contacts to get them to not show
up in the address book
