Too many delegates receiving meeting-related emails

One of my users is having a problem in Outlook 2003 where meeting responses
are automatically sent to all the people in her delegates list, even those
whose permissions to the user's calendar are set as "none."

None of the delegates are set to "receive copies of meeting-related messages
sent to me" in user's delegates permissions.

I have checked several settings in the user's outlook configuration and can
find nothing that is an obvious cause of this problem.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
