Too Many Diffrent Cell Format

Hi ,
I am working for GE HealthCare Europe, i am working in Excel file & i have
an error msg " Too Many Diffrent Cell Format" & i check it Microsoft website
& solution is to syncronize the file.
But issue is now i cant change any more to syncronize. now there is no big
change possible in this file. example i want same font in the work book same
color in the work book. can you help me to syncornize this file, plz reply me
