"too many fields defined"

I want to export for the second time a simple query to
excel.
I get the error massage "too many fields defined".
If I delete the sheet in the Excel spreadsheet is works
good, the second time I get the error massage.
Outcome of the query is a 4*4 table ( not oversized).

Please help
