too many IDs enabled and revoked...

I have been an off-site manager in a 2-person account for over a year. Just
this week, all of a sudden I'm repeatedly finding myself getting a balloon
saying, "License required. Your bandwidth...has been limited to 56 kbps.
....". I respond by opening the Help/Activation on the launch bar and pasting
in the old activation key from our old license. Which works fine until the
next time I start up after a shut down.

Checking our account, by boss-brother is listed once on the "My Accounts"
website, but I'm listed 4 times--once as "Enabled" and 3 times as "Revoked",
all in or before January 2006. I don't remember what happened last year when
my brother set this up, but I do understand why my computer gets confused.
How do I eliminate the 3 revoked Janets without destroying the true enabled
Janet?

my email is (e-mail address removed), but in general I'm not set up in Groove
to use emails to communicate--we use the Groove messaging system directly.
The owner of the license is my brother.
