We are having a few issues with how different names keep
appearing in emails delivered to us, and different names
available when composing a new email and using the [To]
button.
Sometimes when emails come in, the names are variously
listed as:
<John Smith>
Smith, John ([email protected])
John Smith ([email protected])
jsmith ([email protected])
Is there a best practices of how users are listed in the
various Global Catalog/Public Folder Contacts/etc. ?
