I have multiple Outlook envelopes located next to the clock in my task bar.
Each of them indicate that I have new unopened mail...which is untrue. This
happens whether I have new mail or not. The envelope count continues to grow
and I'm currently up to 9 envelopes in the taskbar. The issue began after
uninstalling Outlook 2007 beta and reinstalling office 2000, which I
currently have.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook 2000 but nothing changes.
When I double click on the envelopes, a pop up appears with a red X and
says: The Operation Failed.
When I right click on the envelopes nothing happens.
When hovering the mouse over the envelopes, the message read: "You have new
unopened items."
ANY help to get rid of them would be appreciated.
I'm running XP
Thank you -
