Too many recipients message from outlook 2003

I try to inform a team of about 45 persons by sending the same
newsletter.
I created a distribution list but after sending the newsletter Outlook
presents a message from "Adminidtrator" with part of my list, noting
that the message did't reach those recipients because there were too
many of them. Is there a way to override this?
