Too many selections in adress book

When I click on the address book and select the "show
names from the" drop down list it lists every contact
folder I've ever listed in the the address book. Some of
these lists have gone away, and are no longer part of the
system, or GAL. When I go to tools\options in the address
book, none of these are listed as items that should show
up. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of
these? or Do I have to deal with them till the next
version of outlook.
