Too much space after a grouping

I have a report that I've grouped three memo fields:
Leadership, Employee, Other Comments.

I have a header for each field, but now there is too much space after each
field, especially if there is no data in Employee and Other Comments. I've
marked the fields Yes to Shrink but it hasn't made a difference.

What should I do?

Not sure what you mean by "too much space".

Generally, when you use CanGrow/CanShrink on a control, you
need to set the section's property too.

In many cases, its easier to make the text boxes fairly
short (one line of text) and set their CanGrow to Yes. If
you do this, be sure to drag the bottom of the section up to
the bottom of the controls.
