Tool bar corruption

I have recently downloaded Office professional 2007 on my XP machine using
two monitors. Both the Word and Excel tool bar (blue bar on top) only apear
partialy or not at all. This causes periodical problems when trying to close
the application. I have ran the Office tool but it does not find anything
wrong. How can I fix?

Try installing an updated video driver from the manufacturer of the
display adapter you are using.
