tool bar won't work on Requested status reports

When a team member tries to use any of the toolbar objects in a section of a
requested status report, we get an error on page in the status bar at the
bottom left and nothing happens in status report. Likewise when they click
the Insert New Section button. If the same users on the same machines uses
the toolbar or insert new section buttons on an Unsolicited Status Report,
they work fine. We are on Project Server 2003 SP 2a. Anyone have any
ideas?

Is your SMTP port set to 25?

Why would SMTP port impact this? This is happening from the PWA interface?

Any other ideas?
