Click the unidentified "jellybean" at the right end of the document's Title
Bar... Assuming you *do* have a document window open. This version of Word
presents the Standard Toolbar (as well as the others listed above the line
in the View> Toolbars Menu) in the document window, so if no doc is open the
tools won't be there.
