tool bars

I have outlook 2000 sp3 and all the latest updates. My problem is when I
open an email message, I have two standard tool bars displayed. Going to
Tools, Customize, show two Standard Tool bar check boxes. Unchecking either
or both deletes both tool bars, but then closing and then opening the same or
other email message results in a blank or modified tool bar being displayed.
Going to Tools, Customize, will still show two lines of Standard Tool bars.

How do I delete one of the Standard Tool bars from the Customize window?

Hi,
Try this,
In the Customize window uncheck and click on the Standart toolbars
(one by one) and see if at one of them the "Delete button" gets bolted. If
it does,
click it and delete.
